Expert Witness Testimony  

AEC’s senior personnel have provided expert witness testimony and litigation support on behalf of several clients.  This work has generally involved a spectrum of tasks ranging from record review, case development, preparation of arguments, and actual courtroom testimony.  AEC personnel have been retained to support litigation representing both the plaintiff’s and defendant’s case perspectives.  Specific experience involved zoning issues pertaining to an impacted aquifer as well as a catastrophic chemical release.
