Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plans (SPCCs)

40 CFR Part 112 requires all facilities with bulk petroleum storage of 1,320 gallons or greater to develop and maintain a SPCC plan.  AEC’s personnel have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and preparing SPCC plans for such locations a ready-mix concrete batch plants, bulk fuel terminals, and commercial buildings.  Due to our extensive experience, we are able to provide our Clients with cost-effective plans that meet the federal requirements.  Our personnel have the necessary knowledge to navigate the complex SPCC regulations and the tools needed to prepare the plan in a timely, cost-effective manner, allowing facility personnel to focus on the day-to-day compliance challenges.

AEC’s field personnel can also provide the monitoring, record keeping, and reporting requirements – including sampling and testing – often required to comply with this program.
