We have extensive experience conducting and managing environmental due diligence for private clients, banks and government agencies all over the country.Our employees are trained to complete Phase I investigations in accordance with ASTM E1527-13 and 40 CFR 312 (EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) regulation); Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae DUS and HUD Guidelines as well as a range of client specific requirements.We understand the difference between providing due diligence for lenders, sellers, and buyers and keep our clients informed of potential complications with open dialogue at every step.
